One time I read a thing that said “when everything feels like it’s getting out of hand remember that everything is in the hands of Allah.” Dominion, authority, all of existence including our souls and each grain of sand is in the control of Allah. And that coupled with the last part “He is most capable of everything” gives me confidence that whatever deep sense of loss or confusion or lonliness I’m feeling, ultimately everything is in the hands of Allah and I trust the path that He is leading me on.
